Kekaulike Courtyard

Located in Honolulu’s vibrant Chinatown, Kekaulike Courtyards offers all the advantages of urban living. The residents and Mutual Housing representatives at Kekaulike Courtyards have played a dynamic role in the revitalization of Chinatown and continue to work closely with local organizations to keep the neighborhood clean and safe.

Resident Services Programs

Residents of Kekaulike Courtyards enjoy a range of programs and services tailored to their particular needs.

• Residents regularly gather for social activities such as educational classes for disaster preparedness, estate planning and financial wellness, bingo and movie nights, table-tennis tournaments, arts and crafts, and holiday celebrations.
• Residents contribute to the well-being of the Chinatown community by taking part in Citizen Patrol walks and neighborhood clean-up projects.
• Kekaulike Courtyards coordinates many forms of on-site support for residents, including tax preparation assistance, Section 8 rental assistance, supplemental food from Aloha Harvest, and electric bill reduction through the Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program.
• Kekaulike Courtyards also coordinates with spoken and written translation resources in Mandarin and Cantonese.
